By using Should I Send? ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Should I Send? gives you an AI-generated second opinion on a message before you send it, along with a paid, more detailed report. The service is provided for guidance and entertainment purposes.

All scores, verdicts, and rewrites are generated automatically by an AI model based only on the wording you provide. They are opinions about communication style, not facts about you, the recipient, or the outcome of sending your message. The service does not know the recipient, your relationship, or the full context of your situation, and it cannot predict real human behavior with certainty. Use your own judgment before sending any message.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through the service.

The free analysis is provided at no cost. The full report is available for a one-time payment of $4.99 per message. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Should I Send? sells a digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately upon payment. Because the full report is created specifically for you the moment you pay, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at shouldisend.ai@gmail.com and we will review your request.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Submit content that is illegal, threatening, or abusive.
• Submit another person's private information without their consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its underlying systems.

You retain all rights to the message you submit and to any rewritten version generated for you. We do not claim ownership over your content.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make, or outcomes that result from, sending a message analyzed by the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

We may suspend or restrict access to the service for anyone who violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
