Should I Send? ("we", "us") helps you get a second opinion on a message before you send it. This policy explains what information we process when you use the service and why.

Should I Send? does not require you to create an account, and we do not build a persistent profile of who you are. The message you submit is kept in your browser's temporary session storage for the duration of your visit and is not tied to your identity in any database on our end.

The service processes the following information:

• The message text you submit, in order to generate your analysis and report.
• Basic payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Standard technical data collected by our hosting provider (such as IP address and request logs) for security and reliability purposes.

To generate your analysis, the message you submit is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI processes this data according to its own privacy and data usage policies. We do not use your messages to train any AI model.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Your in-progress message is held only in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.

We do not retain your submitted messages or generated reports in a persistent database after your session ends. Our payment processor and AI provider may retain data for a limited period in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Since we do not store your messages after your session ends, there is typically nothing further to delete — but if you have any privacy questions or requests, contact us at shouldisend.ai@gmail.com.

Should I Send? is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
